Even then warriors have precise striking which means they can get around the haste momentum glitch. You have to be a backstabbing cunning rogue for them to out dps a double dagger warrior in terms of auto attacking. Maybe make one companion be a Mage, and one a Warrior, but the 3rd can be whatever you want. While having more than 2 Rogues in a party is unadvised (unlike Mages and Warriors which could very well be 3/4 of a party if you really wish), they definitely have their uses and having the Warden be a Rogue frees up your party selection a lot. Its true that Rogues dominate in either one-on-one confrontations, or do huge and safe damage to an enemy that is being distracted by a Warrior tank. But I totally understand being left out of the cool stuff in DAO. This isn't to say Rogues are useless in any DA game. Maybe if the next game after DAI (the 'open world wilderness' one) had a more urban focus (like a better DA2), we could see that, with large levels that value stealth, gear that looks great in the shadows, and gives real value to the kinds of things Rogues do. Thankfully, Rogues are given more emphasis and more to do and acquire in DAII and seemingly DAI, but I'm still waiting for the game (DA4?) that clearly puts more emphasis on Rogue-ness over the Warrior. Rogues are just there, made to share origin stories, unallowed to use most of the best looking armor, etc.

Yeah, DAO is very Warrior-centric in many ways, with a lot of the rest given to Mages. Guess what I am asking is can I be a rouge that can be a front attacker like a warrior but also maintain the qualities of a rouge? (meaning I would start a new game as a human female rouge if I can do that) I have completed the dlc quests (soldier's peak and getting Shale (the golem) as a party member). On the other hand I have a dalish elf rogue that is already past the mage tower and I saved Connor from the demon that was possessing him the only remaining member I need in my party is the dwarf. But I am just starting the mages tower to gain their support so I can have their help in freeing Connor from the demon he is possessed by. Thing is though that I want to continue in the game as a human so I make sure that certain people pay for killing the Duncan/Calian, and for killing my family. I have two files: human warrior and dalish elf rogue.

I like both classes but the one thing I don't want like about warrior is that I can't lockpick and I have a lower perussion and usually I have to intimate do get my way.
